🔄 Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 2-day return request period. This means you must contact us within 2 days of delivery to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In the same condition as received

  • With all tags attached

  • In original packaging

  • Supported with a mandatory unboxing video as proof

To start a return, email us at support@bobosdoodle.co.in.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions for sending the item back.


📦 Damages & Issues

Please record a full unboxing video when opening your package.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately and share the unboxing video. This helps us verify the issue and resolve it quickly.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, plants, etc.)

  • Custom or personalized items (including Custom Gift Boxes, Bookish Bundles, and any curated collections)
  • Personal care items (beauty/hygiene)

  • Hazardous materials or flammable goods

  • Sale items and gift cards

🇪🇺 European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you regarding approval.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10-14 business days.
Please note: Your bank or card provider may need additional time to process the refund.
