All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details once your order is on its way!

Return Window

Return requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery. Please email us at support@bobosdoodle.co.in with your order number and reason for return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • All original tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by an unboxing video (mandatory for all return claims)
📹 Unboxing video is mandatory. We require an unboxing video as proof of the item's condition upon receipt. Without this, we may be unable to process your return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned after the 2-day window
  • Used, damaged, or altered items
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Gift cards

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email. You can also reach out to us at support@bobosdoodle.co.in with your order number.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? We process orders quickly! Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to make changes. Once an order is dispatched, we're unable to make modifications.
What if I received a damaged or wrong item? We're so sorry! Please email us within 2 days of delivery with your order number, photos, and your unboxing video. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.
Do you offer exchanges? At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
How long does a refund take? Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Do you ship to all countries? We ship to most countries internationally. If you're unsure whether we ship to your location, feel free to reach out before placing your order.
