How to Request Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time using one of the methods below. To help us verify your identity and process your request efficiently, please provide the required information as outlined.

1. Request via Email (Preferred Method)

Your request must include:

  • Full name associated with your Bobosdoodle account

  • Email address or phone number used to create the account

  • Any additional information that will help us locate your account or order (if applicable)

2. Request via Contact Form
Alternatively, you may submit your request through our Contact Form at:

Please include the same verification details as requested above.

Scope of Data Deletion

Once your request is verified, we will delete or anonymize the following data associated with your account:

  • Customer account profile information

  • Login and authentication data, including information received via Facebook Login

  • Saved preferences, wishlists, or similar personalization data

  • Past order history and related transactional records (unless we are required to retain certain data for legal, tax, or regulatory compliance)

Any data retained for lawful purposes will be securely stored for the required retention period before being permanently deleted.

Processing Timeline

  • Data deletion or anonymization will be completed within 30 days of receiving a valid request.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion process is complete.

Important Notes

  • Deleting your Facebook account does not automatically delete your Bobosdoodle account or associated data. A data deletion request must still be submitted using one of the methods above.

  • Once your data is deleted, the action is permanent and cannot be reversed.

  • You may continue to shop with us after your data is deleted; however, you will need to create a new account if you wish to use account-based features again in the future.

What if I have a pending or recent order?

If I signed up using Facebook Login, will deleting my Facebook account automatically delete my Bobosdoodle account?
No. Deleting your Facebook account does not automatically delete your Bobosdoodle account or associated data. You must submit a request using one of the methods provided above.
